Founded by Leah Minto, LM Talent Agency Ltd brings a unique perspective to the industry. Leah began her journey as a child performer, appearing as a Minipop on TV-am in the 1980s. Today, she is both a parent to child performers and a part-time actor herself. Her professional background includes recruitment within her family’s agency, which she joined after completing her education.

Leah’s decision to launch LM Talent Agency Ltd was inspired by her passion for the entertainment industry and her experience supporting her children through auditions and on-set work.  Leah is determined to create a trustworthy, transparent business where talent can feel confident, they will be treated fairly and paid promptly.

Through her acting career, Leah has built strong relationships with casting directors and production companies, earning their respect for her professionalism, communication, and organisational skills. Their encouragement and support have been instrumental in bringing LM Talent Agency Ltd to life.
